Saurabh Vijay, born on 28 February 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and is currently serving as the Principal Secretary (Expenditure) in the Finance Department of Maharashtra since 10 April 2024. His previous roles include Principal Secretary (Expenditure) and Principal Secretary and Development Commissioner. He has been honored with the Prof. R.C. Singh Memorial Award. Saurabh Vijay is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
