Saurabh Suman Yadav, born on 25 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at East Champaran-Motihari, a position he has held since 4 March 2024. Mr. Yadav continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration and governance of his assigned region.
