Saurabh Katiyar, born on 30 May 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, assigned to the Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Collector of Mumbai Suburban District, Maharashtra, a position he has held since 22 May 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Collector. Saurabh Katiyar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
