Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi (since 15 March 2024). Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Private Secretary to Minister of State, Director, Deputy Secretary, Labour Commissioner, District Magistrate, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam and continues to serve in the IAS.
