Saurabh Jain, born on 30 September 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi (since 15 March 2024). Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Secretary, Resident Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Private Secretary to Minister of State (IC), Director, Deputy Secretary, Labour Commissioner, Mission Director, District Magistrate, and General Manager. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
