Saurabh Garg, born on 28 July 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1991 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT, an MBA in Finance from IIM, and a Ph.D. in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation since 16 April 2025.
