Saurabh Gangwar, born on 15 August 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Meerut, a position he assumed on 14 September 2024. Mr. Gangwar continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
