Saumya Pandey, born on December 1, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. Currently, she serves as Additional Labour Commissioner at Kanpur Nagar since July 6, 2023. Her previous roles include Block Development Officer, Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Assistant Collector and Magistrate. She has received multiple awards, including the LBSNAA Director's Gold Medal for Political Concepts and Constitution of India, and several certificates recognizing her contributions in district-level educational and sports events in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
