Saumya Anand, born on 13 February 1999, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Delhi University. Currently, she serves as the CEO and Additional Collector at Sheopur, Madhya Pradesh, a position she has held since 28 September 2025. Prior to this, she worked as an Assistant Collector. Saumya Anand continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
