Saumya Agarwal, born on 12 November 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology. Currently, she serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Prayagraj since 16 September 2025. Her past roles include Joint Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director and CEO, Director and Special Secretary, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, and Commissioner.
