Saumya Agarwal, born on 12 November 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology. Currently, she serves as the Divisional Commissioner at Prayagraj since 16 September 2025.
