Throughout his career, he held several key positions including District Magistrate, Director, Vice Chairman, and Special Secretary. His most recent role was Joint Secretary, which he assumed on January 1, 2019. Singh’s extensive service in various administrative capacities reflects his commitment to public administration in Uttar Pradesh.
