Satyendra Kumar, born on April 30, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics from Delhi University. Currently, he is the District Magistrate and Collector of Varanasi, a position he has held since April 21, 2025. Previously, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Satyendra Kumar continues to contribute to public administration in his cadre.
