Satwant Singh, born on 17 July 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Punjab cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Joint Development Commissioner, Additional Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Department of Persons with Disabilities from 1 November 2011 to 31 July 2014. Throughout his career, Singh contributed to administrative functions within the Punjab cadre before retiring from service.
