Satish K R Gupta, born on June 6, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Master of Education and a postgraduate degree in Geography. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Women and Child Development Department from May 1, 2001, to June 30, 2002. Mr. Gupta’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple key roles within the Uttar Pradesh government.
