Satish Chandra, born on November 20, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. A graduate in Civil Engineering, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Sub Collector, Joint Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Commissioner, Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Resident Commissioner, and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister. His most recent position was Special Chief Secretary in the Chief Minister's Secretariat from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Andhra Pradesh government.
