Satinder Pal Singh, born on August 1, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Director, Managing Director, Secretary, Special Secretary, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Managing Director of the Public Works Department (PWD) from February 17, 2010, to July 31, 2010. Singh's extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the Punjab government.
