Sathya Prakash Tucker, born on August 7, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Botany, along with a postgraduate degree in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Joint Secretary, Director, Commissioner, Principal Secretary, Development Commissioner, Agril Production Commissioner, and Chairman. He was the Chief Secretary to the Government in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from February 1, 2016, to November 30, 2016. His extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles across state government departments.
