Satendra Singh, born on 28 August 1971, is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.E. degree from IIT Roorkee. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi, a position he has held since 17 August 2022. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary to Governor, Divisional Commissioner, Inspector General (Jails), Transport Commissioner, Development Commissioner, Managing Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Sub Divisional Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
