Saswata Mishra, born on September 10, 1973, is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Service officer from the Odisha cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of Odisha since February 3, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various key positions including Principal Secretary to the Governor, Commissioner, Chairman and Managing Director, Director, Joint Secretary, Sub Collector, and Principal Secretary to the Government. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. Saswata Mishra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
