Saswata Mishra, born on September 10, 1973, is a 1996 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister of Odisha since February 3, 2026. His previous roles include Principal Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Governor. Mr. Mishra continues to contribute to the administration of Odisha in his ongoing service.
