Sarvesh Kaushal, born on 26 August 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Punjab cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in History. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Secretary to the Government, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Director General, Commissioner, Chairman, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Senior Regional Manager, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent designation was On Ex-India Leave from 3 to 14 July 2017.
