Sarup Singh Dhillon, born on 22 July 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Punjab cadre. A graduate in Physics, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, Executive Director, and Secretary. His most recent role was Secretary in the Agriculture Department from 5 November 2007 to 31 July 2011. Throughout his career, he held multiple key administrative positions before retiring from service.
