Saroj Kumar Tiwari, born on 26 July 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Forest Department, held from 17 January 2011 to 31 July 2012.
