Saroj Kumar Samal, born on 19 February 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, serving in the Odisha cadre. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science. Currently, he is the Director at the Department of Information and Public Relations, Odisha, a position he has held since 18 April 2023. Mr. Samal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative functions of the state government.
