Sarmistha Das, born on 16 June 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. She holds an M.Sc. and an M.P.A. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of the Fisheries Department, a position she has held since 6 September 2018. Ms. Das continues to contribute to the administrative framework within her cadre.
