Saravanan M, born on June 3, 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture and an M.B.A. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Sub-Divisional Officer, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner, Research Officer, Secretary, Commissioner, and PS to Minister of State. Proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil, Saravanan is currently awaiting posting since December 10, 2025. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
