Sara Ashraf, born on 04 May 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science Honours from the University of Mumbai. Currently, she serves as the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer (DDC-cum-CEO) at Supaul, Bihar, a position she has held since 20 April 2025. Prior to this, she worked as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Sara Ashraf continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within Bihar.
