Santosh Kumar Rai, born on January 8, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Political Science from Bihar University. Currently, he serves as the Special Commissioner at Delhi in the Trade and Taxes Department, a position he has held since February 16, 2026. Previously, he has worked as a Deputy Commissioner. Santosh Kumar Rai is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
