Santosh Kumar Mohapatra, born on April 1, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1976 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Chairman, CEO, Secretary, Managing Director, Deputy Municipal Commissioner, Joint Development Commissioner, Director, District Development Officer, Deputy CEO, and Assistant Collector. His most recent position was Managing Director at Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd (SSNNL), Gujarat, from May 3, 2003, to March 9, 2005.
