Sant Ram Garg, born on 25 September 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch of the Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Joint Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Deputy Commissioner in the Urban Development Department, from 1 June 1989 to 30 September 1996.
