Sankar Narayan Pal, born on 19 February 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Managing Director, Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Director of the Public Vehicles Department, a role he held from 6 February 2009 to 27 July 2009. Throughout his career, Pal contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal until his retirement.
