Sanjeevanee Kutty, born on April 17, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Maharashtra cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology, a graduate degree in Psychology, and an M.Sc. in Social Policy from the University of London.
