Sanjeev Kumar Sinha, born on 30 May 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chairman, Secretary, Project Director, Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Additional Secretary at Bihar in the Department of Water Resources, commencing on 5 February 2024.
