Sanjeev Khirwar, born on November 29, 1971, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science and an M.A. in Economics. Currently serving as the Commissioner at Delhi Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) since January 22, 2026, he has previously held the position of Principal Secretary. Proficient in English and Hindi, Sanjeev Khirwar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
