Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra, born on 21 August 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1997 batch from the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Finance Department of Odisha since 22 July 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Sub Collector, Deputy Secretary, Secretary-Cum-Controller of Examination, Resident Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary to Government, Chairman and Managing Director, and District Collector and District Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya.
