Sanjeeb Kumar Mishra, born on 21 August 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently serving as Principal Secretary in the Finance Department of Odisha since 22 July 2025, Mishra has held various positions including Secretary-cum-Controller of Examination at the National Recruitment Agency, Resident Commissioner, Commissioner & Secretary to Government, and District Collector and District Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya and continues to serve in the IAS.
