Sanjay M Kaul, born on 15 August 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Kerala cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from South Gujarat University, Surat. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director & CEO at Gandhinagar, a position he has held since 11 July 2025. Previously, he has held the post of Joint Secretary. Sanjay is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
