Sanjay M Kaul, born on 15 August 1969, is a 2001 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Kerala cadre. He holds a B.E. from South Gujarat University, Surat, and a Certificate in Public Administration from the University of Syracuse. Currently, he serves as Managing Director & CEO at Gandhinagar since 11 July 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Chief Electoral Officer, Secretary, Chairman and Managing Director, Export Commissioner, Additional Chief Electoral Officer, District Collector, Director, General Manager, and Joint Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
