Sanjay Kumar Khatri, born on 27 January 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and LL.B in Literature. Currently, he serves as the In-charge CEO at the Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh, since 16 September 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, District Magistrate, Junior Scale officer, and ACEO. He has been honored with the Tarun Bharat Sangh Paryavaran Sanrakshak Samman (2019), SKOCH Award Gold, and SKOCH Order-of-Merit. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Rajasthani
