Sanjay Kumar, born on February 7, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Punjab cadre. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Panjab University, a Graduate degree in Political Science, and an M.Phil. in International Politics from Delhi University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Vice Chancellor of the Human Resources Department from December 22, 2017, to February 28, 2022.
