Dr. Sanjay Goel, an IAS officer of the 2004 batch from the AGMUT cadre, was born on March 29, 1976. He currently serves as Commissioner & Secretary at Goa's General Administration Department since August 14, 2023. Dr. Goel holds an M.Phil. and M.B.E. in Business Management, and a B.A. in Economics, all from Delhi University. His extensive career includes roles such as Secretary, Commissioner, Vice Chairman, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, and Director.
