Sanjay Dubey, born on 28 September 1968, is a 1993 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Production Engineering, a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, and a B.Tech. Currently, he serves as the CEO of Zilla Panchayat, Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, since 16 September 2025. His past roles include Additional Chief Secretary.
