Currently serving as the Revenue Divisional Commissioner at Southern Division, Berhampur, Odisha since July 22, 2025, he has held the position of Additional Secretary to Government in the past. Mr. Mohapatra continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Odisha through his various roles in the civil service.
