Sangeeta Singh, a 1986 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre, served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to Government at Gandhinagar, Gujarat (2019-2020). She held multiple key positions such as Principal Secretary, Commissioner & Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary & Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, and District Development Officer. Singh holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in History and a Diploma in French. She was awarded the National Award for e-governance (2013-14) and received a Silver Award for policy brief submission. She retired from the Indian Administrative Service after a distinguished career.
