Sandip Jacques, born on 26 May 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch, serving in the AGMUT cadre. He holds an LL.B. and an M.Sc. in Microbiology. Currently, he is the Secretary at Goa in the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Revenue Department, a position he has held since 1 May 2022. Throughout his career, he has served as Secretary to Government and Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
