Dr. Sandeep Saxena, born on February 4, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1989 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Jiwaji University, an M.Tech. in Water Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and an M.B.A. in International Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government at Chennai in the Water Resources Department, a position he has held since November 6, 2021. Dr. Saxena is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
