Sandeep Rishi, born on March 3, 1975, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2015 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication and an M.B.A. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at MC Jalandhar, Punjab, a position he has held since August 20, 2025. His previous roles include Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner. Mr. Rishi continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within Punjab.
