Sandeep Kumar Singh, born on August 5, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and an LL.B. from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Chief Minister at the Government of Delhi, a position he has held since April 23, 2025. His previous roles include Personal Secretary to Minister, Deputy Secretary, and District Collector and Magistrate. He has been honored with the Prime Minister Award for Excellence in Public Administration. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
