Sandeep Kumar Jha, born on 25 September 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, and a postgraduate diploma in Rural Development from the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. Currently, he is the District Collector at Jangaon since 26 February 2026. His previous roles include Zonal Commissioner, Special Chief Secretary, and Collector and District Magistrate. He is proficient in English and Maithili. Sandeep Kumar Jha continues to serve in the IAS.
