Sandeep Kumar Jha, born on 25 September 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a PG Diploma in Rural Development from the Institute of Rural Management. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Khammam, Telangana, a position he has held since 13 December 2017. His previous roles include Project Director, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Jha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
