Sandeep Kumar Ghosh, born on 14 November 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, allotted to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calcutta. Currently serving in the Food and Supplies Department, he assumed the role of Special Secretary on 1 January 2025. Mr. Ghosh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of West Bengal.
