Sandeep Kumar, born on 12 September 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he is the Principal Secretary at Delhi in the Vigilance Department, a position he has held since 16 February 2026. His previous roles include Divisional Commissioner, Principal Secretary, and Adviser to Administrator. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Sandeep Kumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
