Sandeep Kumar, born on 25 October 1979, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from Kurukshetra University, a PG Diploma in Financial Management from NIFM Faridabad, and an M.A. in Public Management from JNU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Chief Administrator at the Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority, Punjab, since 27 February 2025. His previous roles include Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Commissioner, and Additional Registrar (Admn.). He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
