Sandeep Kumar, born on December 6, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.B.A. and an M.Phil. Currently, he is the Settlement Officer at Kangra Division, a position he has held since February 12, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as Special Secretary. Mr. Kumar continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Himachal Pradesh through his ongoing service.
